A real person reads every message.
The Meridian House has fourteen rooms and a small team. When you write to us, the message goes to the front desk, not to a call centre. We answer within one working day, and usually the same morning.
If your dates are firm and you'd like a quick confirmation, calling or sending a WhatsApp is faster than the form. If you'd rather write at length about what you're looking for — a quiet room, a particular kind of trip, a family occasion — the form below is the better route.

Arrival & Departure
The practical details.
Check-in from 2pm
If you arrive earlier, we'll hold your luggage, bring you tea in the sitting room and let you into the garden while your room is prepared. Early check-in is free when the room is ready; otherwise we'll confirm a time at the desk.
Check-out by 11am
Late check-out can usually be arranged — ask the night before. Until 2pm is complimentary when occupancy allows; after that we charge half the nightly rate. We'll store bags for as long as you need.
Airport transfers
₹1,800 each way to IGI, slightly less for Terminal 1. Share your flight number and the driver will track it. If your flight is delayed, there's no extra charge — we simply adjust the pickup.
Getting here
Sunder Nagar is between Lodhi Road and Mathura Road, about 1.8km from Khan Market. The nearest Metro is JLN Stadium (Violet Line), a ten-minute auto ride. We're happy to send directions by WhatsApp.
Before You Write
A few things worth knowing.
We're a small house, so a little information goes a long way. Tell us your arrival time, whether you're travelling with children or a dog, and anything you'd like arranged before you land.
